Corporate facilities
The Worcester Porcelain Museum has an established record in the field of corporate
and private hire. It has a multi functional purpose-built Exhibition Hall, which can be used as a
private lecture room, dining room or meeting place.
Private Hire
The exhibition hall is also available for hire by groups, clubs and societies.
A multitude of options are available and range from coffee on arrival, a welcome
introduction to the Museum and Royal Worcester, lunch and afternoon tea.
The museum can also accommodate up to 200 guests and has special areas that can
be cleared to allow diners to enjoy the sumptuous collections in complete privacy,
a full catering service is available on request.
On rare occasions the museum will close during the day for private use by pre-arrangement.
Corporate Hire
The space is fully air-conditioned and seats up to 50 people theatre style plus presenters
in comfort. Being fully accessible, with cloakroom facilities and readily available
catering it offers all the amenities required in the business world today.
Costs*:
- Hire of hall for half day use 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm - £250 plus VAT
- Hire of hall for all day use 9am to 5pm - £400 plus VAT
Evening Hire**
- 6pm to 10pm - £750 plus VAT
* Equipment hire prices available on request.
** Evening hire includes a private opportunity for guests to view the galleries.
