Education
Worcester Porcelain Museum has joined forces with Royal Worcester to offer a unique
educational service that meets cross curriculum needs and enables students to visit
and experience a real working environment.
School Prices
With the exception of Paint a Plate, which is £4.00 per person, all other activities are
offered to schools at half price with accompanying staff entering for free, please see
end table for details.
All visits must be pre-booked and teachers are asked to complete and return an
evaluation form to help us develop a service to meet your needs.
Teachers please note:
Each year the Worcester Porcelain Museum mounts a children's exhibition, if you would
like your students to be considered for a show of their very own, please contact Amanda
Savidge, museum manager via the 'contact us'
email address.
Through working in partnership with the Local Education Authority we aim to develop
a 'virtual tour', for use by schools too far distant to travel to Worcester, and a
3-D inter-active design section where pupils can create their own pot, adding decoration,
knobs and handles via ICT.
To add your name to our list for future educational programme updates please complete
and return the contact us form.
