Label This rare saucer dish is decorated with the 3rd version of the Tea Party scene c.1758. It is printed in black over the glaze and hand coloured in enamels. The print is signed by the skilled engraver who is said to have invented printing on porcelain at Worcester. 'R. Hancock Fecit.'
Description printed scene in onglaze black, hand coloured in enamels. Lady and gentleman sit on individual chairs, at a small oval pedestal tea table in the garden. Black line round edge. The third version of the tea party as classified by C.Cook
