Label This rare sauceboat is painted with Oriental style scenes in underglaze blue. It is said to have been painted by the 'Three Dot' painter at the Bristol factory around 1750. The three rocks or blobs could be just a part of the landscape and may not relate to an individual artist.
Description Sauce boat with embossed panels and edge, painted inside and out in Oriental style with scenes in underglaze blue, incorporating 3 round blobs.
