Label This important Barr, Flight & Barr mug is hand painted and signed under the base "Septr.1814". The black painted silhouette is believed to be a self portrait of the artist, Thomas Baxter.
Description Cylindrical straight sided mug, opposite the handle a black painted silhouette, probably a self portrait of Thomas Baxter. The rest of the outside decorated with a horizontal panel of flowers and rich gilding.
